Coolpo for nonprofits

Coolpo prices differently for NGOs and nonprofits, so more of your budget goes where it was meant to go. Tell us about your organisation and we will work out which device fits and what it costs.

How it works

Nonprofit pricing is set per organisation rather than published as a flat rate, because it depends on the device and how many you need. Four steps, and the reply usually comes inside a business day.

  1. Write to us and introduce your organisation — what you do, and which Coolpo device you are interested in.

  2. We confirm you qualify. Usually that means a look at your organisation's website, so an organisation email address is the quickest route. If you do not have one, tell us your mission and we will work from that.

  3. We come back with your pricing by email, usually within the next business day. Check your spam folder if nothing has arrived.

  4. Order from the shop using the link or checkout code we send you. It carries your organisation's pricing, so the basket is already correct at checkout.

We have devices for nonprofits of any size, so it is worth asking even for a single unit. Registered charities, churches, schools, foundations and member associations all qualify — if you are not sure whether yours does, ask anyway.

Why we do this

Look at those four again. A policy institute, a church, a parents' association and a high school — none of them with an AV budget, all of them with people who need to be in the meeting and cannot be in the room. It is the same problem a corporate boardroom has, minus the money to throw at it.

A conference camera is not where a nonprofit wants its funding to go, and we do not think it should have to be. It is infrastructure: it should work on the first try, cost as little as we can make it cost, and then be forgotten about so the meeting can be about the work.

That is the whole reason nonprofit pricing exists. It is why we would rather send you a real number for your actual order than publish a headline percentage and let you find out later what it applies to.

Tell us about your organisation

Pricing depends on the device and the size of the order, so the fastest route is to write in and let us work it out with you.
