Is it compatible with Windows or Mac OS?
The Pana is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11. It is also compatible with Mac OS 10 and later, including devices with Apple M1 chips.
Can you have multiple PANA in the same meeting?
Although the Pana is not compatible with daisy-chain connections, using multiple Panas to capture a meeting is possible. Yes, if you have multiple teams in different locations, we would recommend each team to use a PANA, which provides improved team collaboration experience.
Will PANA store any meeting information?
No. PANA does not save any meeting data. It is not connected using WiFi and BlueTooth so there is no risk of meeting “eavesdroppers” from these wireless connections
How do I know that my microphone is muted using the Pana?
The breathing light will turn to a purple hue when muted. Normally, the light is blue when in use.
How do I restart my PANA?
Simply press the power button 3 times.
How do I update my PANA?
Please download the latest Coolpo Tools from https://www.coolpolens.com/en/support.html. You will find the ‘update’ module in the program. Please note that the Coolpo Tools software is not yet the upgrade per se. You will need to download, install, and open Coolpo Tools to find the process to upgrade your device’s internal software (“firmware”).
Can I use the Pana with an iPad or smartphone?
No, the Pana is designed for use with PC/Mac and laptops.
How do I update my PANA?

How to fix abnormal color temperatures in the Pana display?
Please download the latest Coolpo Tools from https://www.coolpolens.com/en/support.html. Plug the Pana into your computer. Look for 'Adjust' in CoolpoTools and make sure "Auto WhiteBalance" is enabled. You can also manually adjust the White Balance slider if you wish to disable the auto white balance function.
My Pana is not detected by the computer, video conference software, and coolpo tools software. How to fix this?
Please ensure that the USB cord on the Pana side is connected properly. You should hear an audible “click” when the cord is snuggly and correctly inserted into the device. Once properly inserted, the computer and all relevant software are supposed to recognize the device.
