An easy and cost effective solution to communicate

It was difficult to have a group zoom meeting to the point that we no longer met in the same space. Trying to collaborate with several groups was more difficult.‍

When we ask Ann, community manager of Ghertner & Company, how was conference meeting like during Pandemic, she answered. Ann belongs to a property management group. The community can now clearly see and hear each Board member and the Board members are able to offer a visual experience to the residents during meetings. When the HOA Board of Directors needs to meet with the community, and vendor, having the Coolpo allows the community to see the Board and participate without having to find a large venue, This has fulfilled that need to communicate to a large community.
