  • There are only 47% who are in favor of remote work
  • Around 24% favor hybrid work (occasional onsite) 
  • 17% of workers favor hybrid work (2 to 3 days onsite) 
  • 8% favor hybrid work (occasional remote) 
  • And 4% favor the complete office work mode

Survey Results for Commuting  

As the survey shows, 87% of workers found that commuting impacted their stress levels. In addition, the longer the commute takes place, the greater its impact on stress. With this, the survey indicates that:

With the numbers mentioned above, 95% of the workers favor remote working. It doesn’t matter if it's hybrid or fully remote. Similarly, 58% of women and 42% of men prefer a fully remote work model.

  • 41% of workers support hybrid work.
  • 5% of workers preferred on-site mode
